Yoga Nidra is a guided, restorative meditation that relaxes the body and places the mind in a state of consciousness between awake and asleep. The practice of Yoga Nidra leads us into a state of harmonious, restful being. From here, we can heal, restore, and awaken to our true Self. It allows our bodies, senses, intellect, and mind to relax. We become free from the concepts of time, space, and reason. Brain activity slows down, and the body goes into a healing state which can clear out toxins at a cellular level, and refresh the mind and subconscious.
